On-the-run breakfast

Trying to make good choices for breakfast? Snoozed a little late and short on time? Does that mean nutritious breakfast goes out the window?
Heck no! One of my go-to, on-the-run breakfasts, is this Nutty Chocolate smoothie by @shona_vertue . It never fails to get my engine revving for the day ahead while simultaneously feeding my body in all the wonderful ways!

What you’ll need for 1 serving:
1 frozen banana (peel and freeze a few bananas every week so you have them on hand)
1 tsp sugar free organic peanut butter
150ml plant-based milk of your choice
1 scoop vanilla-protein powder
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 ice cubes

Blend all of these ingredients until creamy and smooth.
